Awesome perspective! It can get really easy to get swept up in the lives of others – especially if you’re a very generous and loving person, but it’s very important never to lose yourself and who you are. I’m still learning everyday what it takes to take better care of myself. Even though my friends say I’m stable and well put together, there are still tons of insecurities that one must fight everyday and certainly learning to love being alone and being yourself is an important lesson! Love your insights KR!

Really good advice. Sometimes it’s hard when you have a life where you’ve always put others before taking care of yourself. At some point you have to realize that you need to love yourself and make sure you are happy so you can properly provide support to others. I think you’ve helped me in that regard many times

This was a very nicely written post. It makes me realize that I too fall into the trap of letting technology sweep me up.It’s true that sometimes during dinner, we would be distracted by our phones when things could just wait for a couple of hours. This has made me want to change the way I approach things and spend more quality time with you whenever I can instead of being glued to my phone!
